Since recently, Einfach Fitz is newly opened in Feldbach. In the glass manufactory and probably the sweetest place in the shopping city of Feldbach, guests can watch directly as the tartlets, chocolates and macarons are made.

Dominik Fitz was head pastry chef at the gourmet temple Ikarus in Salzburg's "Hangar-7" of Red Bull founder Dietrich Mateschitz. After returning to his homeland, the artist among confectioners took over his parents' business in Feldbach.
Family-owned for over 115 years, Dominik and his Melanie are now carrying on this tradition in the fifth generation. With a lot of love for the craft and honest, regional ingredients, the guest should feel the pleasure. Carefully the products from the Styrian volcanic country are processed and can be enjoyed as classics such as the probably best foam roll or the best pulled Topfenstrudel.
