Dominik Fitz was head pastry chef at the Ikarus gourmet temple in Red Bull founder Dietrich Mateschitz's "Hangar-7" in Salzburg. After returning to his homeland, the artist among confectioners took over his parents' business in Feldbach. Family-owned for over 115 years, Dominik and his Melanie are now carrying on this tradition in the fifth generation. With a lot of love for the craft and honest, regional ingredients, the guest should feel the pleasure.
