With a living space of 70 to 140 m², Almdorf Hohentauern offers a comprehensive portfolio of different types of holiday homes. No matter whether you are planning your family holiday in a holiday home or would like to experience a sporty and active hiking or skiing holiday with friends: Hohentauern is the northernmost point of the Styrian Murtal and is perfectly suited for everyone who wants to experience relaxation and comfort or who wants to really let off steam in nature.

At over 2.000 metres above sea level, the chalets in the Almdorf Hohentauern are located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes with approx. 12 kilometres of pistes. The ski area is perfect for beginners. Should you then feel like longer runs, the ski area in Lachtal, 40 kilometres away, or the 4 Berge ski area in Schladming are ideally suited.

Ski tourers or snowshoe hikers will find an Eldorado for their sporting passion right outside the front door. The nearest entrance to the cross-country ski trail is also only about 200 m away from the holiday resort: a good 18 kilometres of untracked, perfectly groomed trails are waiting to be explored by you! In summer, the holiday homes score with their central location in what is probably one of the most untouched and beautiful hiking areas of the Styrian Mur valley. Motor sports fans and motorcyclists also get their money's worth in Upper Styria and enjoy staying in our resort. Only about 35 kilometres away, which is about 30 minutes by car, is the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. By the way: we are aware that all these mountain adventures also make you hungry. How good that the nearest supermarket is only max. 300 metres away from your holiday home.

On 70 m², the superior holiday home # 53 with 3 bedrooms offers space for up to 6 people. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace. You sleep in comfortable double beds, one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed (Attention: sloping roof! Only suitable for children!).

The open kitchen in the superior holiday home is fully equipped: Cutlery and (cooking) utensils are provided, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as are a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwasher detergent (sample), sponges, bin liners, cleaning cloth and tea towel is ready for you on arrival.

Highlights: The location in the middle of more than 20 two-thousand-metre peaks ensure perfect relaxation during your holiday in Hohentauern. Arrive and feel good!
