Our enchanting herb village Söchau is located in the midst of the Styrian thermal spa country with a unique herb show garden, where there are all kinds of things to discover. We spoil our guests in excellently managed hotels, a cozy coffee house as well as in Buschenschänken.

About the region
A special attraction at Kräuterdof Söchau is the freely accessible enchanting herb, rose and witch garden with a great variety of plants. Over 120 different medicinal herbs, but also numerous poisonous herbs can be marveled at.
During the approximately 1-hour guided tour, you will learn many secrets about the healing effects as well as the magical and aphrodisiac powers of the plants. The guided tours are included free of charge in the GenussCard.
A water treading pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and a neat herb chapel, consecrated according to Hildegard von Bingen, invites you to meditate and linger.
In the herbal village you will also find herbal product stores, 3 herbal witch hiking trails and the outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn, children's slide, beach volleyball and tennis court.
