In Gstatterboden there is a pavilion...
What would a National Park be without a visitor centre and museums? Nothing! That’s why Gstatterboden boasts the National Park Pavilion, which brings together many wonderful things: delicious cuisine, a lovely museum about the Planspitze peak and lots of (e)-bikes to rent and discover the surroundings of the little town.
The grey, green and blue building is located a stone’s throw from the camping site at the end of Rauchbodenweg Trail and the Hochscheiben Mountain Bike Trail. You can meet up for a lunch break and enjoy a classic of the Austrian cuisine, the ‘Wiener Schnitzel’, or you can simply start your hike to Ennstalerhütte Lodge. Those who are in need of a bike for their next tour can rent one at the pavilion.
