General Information
In August, everything in Schilcherland revolves around Schilcher. During this time, the Augustini Wine Festival takes place, which was established five years ago. The late-ripened and pressed Augustini wine is presented at the beginning of August, and many events such as the Augustini Wine Table and the Augustini Hike are organized around these wines.
Experience a lively hike with many surprises and tastings. Meeting point at 08:45 at the parking lot in Gundersdorf. From here, we will go to the Machater winery for the first tasting. We continue over hill and dale to Lestein and Hochgrail before finally having the concluding tastings at the Trapl winery. From here, we will take the shuttle around 17:30 back to the starting point of the hike.
If you wish to stay longer at the Trapl winery, we recommend reserving a table directly from around 17:30.
