In our Buschenschenke we like to serve our meat specialties, spreads and salads. Of course, with these specialties the "home-baked bread" must not be missing. The vegetables are harvested in season from our own garden. This taste is unmistakable!

After a hearty snack you need something to digest. Here our noble brandies such as Maschansker apple brandy, Muskateller pomace brandy, plum brandy, medlar brandy, creeper brandy and rowanberry brandy may score.
For children and all those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, we also offer a red grape juice and elderberry juice.
Welcome to the family winery Paschek in Eichberg Trautenburg! Eichberg Trautenburg is located in the wine-growing region of southern Styria, so it is probably one of the most beautiful regions in Austria. Here you can explore the hilly landscape, and enjoy the pronounced tranquility amidst the vineyards.
Already in the third generation, wine is produced here on the family farm. Our winery is located at 452m above sea level. The vineyards are oriented to the south and southwest. On a vineyard area of about 4.2ha grow the varieties Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Sämling 88,Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, and Blauer Zweigelt. The soil on which these grape varieties thrive ranges from opok to gravel. This condition is ideal to produce dry, fruity and varietal wines (Styrian line). We attach great importance to the fact that the care of the vines is largely done by hand. This work is noticeable in the quality of the grapes. In addition to ripe and healthy grapes, cleanliness in the cellar is an important criterion. Through the interaction of these factors we succeed in passing on wines of high quality to our customers.
Eckhard graduated from the technical school for viticulture in Silberberg. Afterwards he passed the master examination for viticulture. Thus he may call himself "Weinbaumeister". name. He is responsible for the production of our quality wines, noble brandies, juices and sparkling wines - so to speak for everything "drinkable". His many years of experience in cellar management and working with the latest technology in the cellar confirm the quality in the bottle. He could be pleased about awards for his wines, sparkling wine !!Landessieger!! and noble brandies. Eckhard is a passionate winemaker.
