With great care and attention, the Buschenschank serves a selection of meat specialties, homemade spreads, and fresh salads. A must-try is the freshly baked bread, which pairs perfectly with the regional delicacies. The vegetables used come directly from the estate’s own garden and are harvested fresh in season—offering an unmistakable taste of quality and authenticity.

After a hearty Jause, a digestif is the perfect finishing touch. A fine selection of premium brandies, including Williams pear, Muscat pomace, plum, medlar, sloe, and rowanberry brandy, completes the culinary experience.
