Our old farmhouse was lovingly restored and adapted to today's standards!
Our motto: the old character is preserved, the new style complements the charm of the house!
The Pilchhiasl vacation home is located at 700 meters above sea level with a magnificent view into the Saggau valley. Far away on the horizon you can see the local mountain of the provincial capital Graz - the Schöckel!
The Pilchhiasl has
- three double rooms (one with a crib and one with an extra bed)
- a fully equipped kitchen
- one sanitary unit
- a covered terrace with barbecue facilities
- a house garden (from which you can take vegetables, lettuce and herbs according to the season)
- a wine cellar with wines from the region
- a children's playground with a slide, a swing, a sandbox and a ping-pong table
- there are enough toys for indoors (puzzles, Duplo, board games, books, etc.) and outdoors (pedal tractor,....)
- a tiled stove
- a private, covered heated pool
The large meadow and the nearby forest invite you to "experience nature"!
As a member of the WEINmobil you can use it at a discounted rate. It will pick you up at the cottage and take you to the desired destination. After agreement with the driver you will be brought back to Pilchhiasl!
<p>Conditions</p>
Price includes:
Breakfast pastries on the weekdays, farm eggs, honey from our own apiary, homemade jams, kernel oil, free withdrawal of lettuce, vegetables and herbs depending on the season from the house garden.
Price exclusive:
- Electricity (€ 0,20 per unit)
- final cleaning (€ 50,00)
- Final cleaning with pet (€ 20,00 extra)
Minimum booking:
- Out of season minimum two nights, arrival possible daily
- high season from 01.07. to 10.09. allocation only by the week
- open all year round
- Spring promotion of -10% for a booking of three nights or more.
Cancellation conditions:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to three months before the agreed arrival day. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.

Contact & Directions
You are welcome to move into the accommodation on the day of arrival from 02:00 pm. Please note that the handover of keys takes place in the main house, our guests are then brought to the cottage. On the day of departure, the cottage is available until 10:00 am! Changes are possible only after personal consultation!
