In 2002 Toni's dream of his own brewery was realized!
Since then there is the non-filtered and non-pasteurized natural beer "TONI BRÄU", which consists of water, hops, malt and something very special. This ingredient is not for sale, nor can it be borrowed. We call it the "Hofer Essence". This essence is made up of innumerable hand movements, carried out with a lot of love, with which we prepare our beer together.
Since we were amazed to find that our beer was recognized and that we had succeeded in breaking through, we built a rustic vaulted cellar for it in 2003. After the informative, entertaining tours in our now enlarged brewhouse, we invite our guests to the beer tastings in the cellar afterwards.
