With its nearly 3,000 inhabitants, Frauental an der Laßnitz is one of the most beautiful places in Schilcherland. The excellent gastronomy in the town, such as the Leitner confectionery, the Frauentalhof and the Sorgerhof, but also the advantageous location at the foot of the Koralm characterise the beautiful market community in the heart of western Styria. One gem of the town is the outdoor swimming pool Aqua Fun, which attracts many visitors from the surrounding area year-round. Another attraction, especially for children and youth, is certainly the Diwald cinema. Highlights also include the annual events such as the Autumn Colour Run or the Styrian Wine Country Cycling Tour, which also takes you through the town.

Make a visit to the hometown of the composer Robert Fuchs and discover historical treasures, such as the Frauenthal Castle. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the riding club, golf course and Frauental Sports Association.
