Beautiful circular hiking trail with many vantage points in southern Styria.
The Untergreithweg trail in St. Johann im Saggautal starts at the picturesque Josefiplatz square. It takes us through the town centre, past the inviting Jauk-Hartner inn, towards Saggau. After crossing the babbling Saggaubach stream, we leave the busy country road and enjoy a leisurely walk through a wooded area. The path winds along the Habitschegg ridge until we finally reach St. George's Church. Passing the cosy Bernhardkeller wine tavern and the Literwirt inn, the path leads us via Goldes and, after crossing the mysterious Priestergraben, into the Radigaberg area. Finally, we return to the starting point via the municipal paths.

The trail can also be shortened via variant 17a.
