General Information
The vineyard tours at the Jöbstl winery accompany the wine throughout its entire vegetative cycle – from early budding to the harvest in autumn.
The third vineyard tour will take place on 07.18.2026.
In midsummer, the focus shifts to the grapes themselves. The berries begin to grow and ripen, while targeted vineyard care is crucial for quality and balance.
Pruning measures, leaf work, and natural yield regulation will be explained on-site and placed in the context of sustainable viticulture.
A special quality is given to this appointment by the musical accompaniment of the tour. Sound and landscape enter into a direct relationship, intensifying the perception of the surroundings and adding an atmospheric layer to the movement through the vineyards.
Wine tasting along the way – commented tasting of selected, multiple award-winning wines that impressively showcase the variety and quality of the Schilcherei.
As with all tours, the conclusion will be a guided cellar tour.
