Under the motto "No Turkey in Duckburg!" a Styrian Thanksgiving is scheduled at the tavern on November 26 and 27, 2026. A four-course menu is available for groups of four or eight people – by reservation only.

Homemade bread with salted farmhouse butter, a welcome treat from the kitchen with “Sterz & Grammeln,” and fine dishes such as rollmops of local trout with beet kimchi and beet ponzu, accompanied by a selected white Burgundy. Another highlight is the signature dish by Gerhard Fuchs, “The Dotterraviolo.”

The main course features a stuffed Sulmtaler chicken, roasted whole and refined with oven vegetables and rosemary braising jus, combined with a Blaufränkisch from Ried Hochberg. The sweet finale consists of quark dumplings with butter crumbs and plum compote, served with vanilla sauce and sour cream ice cream.

The offer includes table setting and two bottles of wine for four people at a price of 480 euros or table setting and four bottles of wine for eight people at a price of 960 euros.
