From August 24 to the end of September, everything at the Oil Path hosts revolves around the Styrian oil pumpkin. Whether traditionally or creatively interpreted – the diverse pumpkin dishes impressively showcase the variety of the regional cuisine. From kitchen greetings to fine appetizers and hearty main courses to exquisite desserts, the pumpkin takes center stage on the menus during these weeks.
