On Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., the oil mills on the Styrian Oil Path open their doors and look forward to your visit.
At the traditional "Day of Open Pumpkin Oil Presses," the probably most famous pumpkin product is in the spotlight: pumpkin seed oil. Starting at 10 a.m., visitors can experience live how the green gold of Styria is created and, of course, taste it right away. Because what is more delicious than freshly pressed, warm pumpkin seed oil that is not even an hour old and smells wonderfully nutty? By the way: Anyone who falls in love with this pumpkin seed oil on site is welcome to take one or two bottles home. A delicious piece - or rather a sip - of the oil path for home.
