The Experience Mill invites you on an exciting journey through the history of mills. In the 3D cinema, you will experience the journey from grain to bread in three dimensions, and with the concluding bread tasting, the visit to the Traussner Mill becomes an experience for all senses.

The Traussner Mill looks back on over 400 years of history. First mentioned in 1600 as a lordly mill, it was owned by the families Eggenberg, Appl, and Traussner and once provided the town of Ehrenhausen with electricity. Today, the mill combines historical technology with modern experiences: The experience milling experience takes visitors on a multi-dimensional journey through the history of mills and grains, from the field through harvest to finished bread, including 3D cinema, detailed models, and a concluding bread tasting.

For team events and groups, baking courses are available in the showcase kitchen, wine tastings led by the sommelier, as well as culinary offerings in the Stadl or Herren hall.
