South of Gamlitz, on a steep hill with a wonderful view of the southern Styrian landscape, lies the Sattlerhof.
At the gourmet restaurant, the focus is on freshness and regionality. Only products from sustainable production and trusted suppliers make it onto the plate. The vegetables and herbs come fresh from the in-house garden.

The Sattlerhof is a total work of art and has internalized the concept of sustainability. Hannes Sattler is uncompromisingly quality-oriented, and top winemaker Willi Sattler relies on organic viticulture. Traditional dishes are served in the inn, while the restaurant surprises with many "Wow!" creations: buckwheat ice cream, pork tenderloin wrapped in bread, sous-vide cooked rhubarb.

With your meal, we serve excellent wines from the Sattlerhof winery as well as around 350 top wines from around the world. Hannes Sattler invites you to dine with him and serves special culinary delicacies exclusively in the evening – but only with prior reservation.
