What guests can look forward to

One of the largest wine-producing communities in Styria, Gamlitz is one of the possible starting points of a fantastic loop cycling tour in the southern part of the Southern Styria Wine Country Nature Park. Exploring the wine country around Gamlitz on foot is one of the most beautiful ways to enjoy the varied landscape in the southern Styrian wine country.

The motor skills park set up around the Gamlitz landscape pond is the biggest of its kind in all of Europe with its 41 stations and nearly 150 exercise stations. Nowhere else can coordination and motor skills be practised better than here. Numerous museums, castles, pumpkin seed oil mills and cultural excursion destinations are offered in the region! Furthermore, Gamlitz is also suitable as a starting point for excursions into the nearby thermal springs region, the East Styrian Castle Road, old town tours of Graz or Marburg, but also visits to additional Styrian wine roads (Sausal Wine Road, Schilcher Wine Road, East Austrian Wine Roads - Vulkanland)!
