Unique wines with passion

In order to make wines that are different from others, the craft must become a philosophy of life and tradition must be rethought. My passion is to combine valuable old knowledge with new, unconventional ideas. This way, no wines are created in bulk, but unique wines with character, just like their connoisseurs. Anyone who appreciates wine knows how to live the special moment - for the love of enjoyment.

In the middle of the charming hilly landscape at the foothills of the Koralpe and the Reinischkogel lies the West Styrian wine country. And right there, at the end of the "West Styrian Wine Route", in the small town of Etzendorf, is our winery, the land of which has been managed by our family for four generations.

Speaking of land: the soils of western Styria consist mainly of gneiss and mica slate and have a high lime content, which gives our wines their typical taste, among other things. Of course, the so-called “Illyrian” climate of the region is also responsible for this taste, which is characterized by Mediterranean influences, many hours of sunshine and a relatively high rainfall - the best conditions for unique wines.
