The renowned hosts Gerhard Fuchs (Gault Millau "Chef of the Year 2004") and Christian Zach (Gault Millau "Sommelier of the Year 2021", Michelin Sommelier Award 2026) have been a celebrated duo in Austria's top gastronomy for years, offering a successful blend of classic and innovation – all without much fuss.
