The Wine Bank in Ehrenhausen combines a traditional tavern, a 4-hat restaurant, and an excellent wine cellar ("Wine List of the Year 2016" / Gault Millau) under one roof. The renowned hosts Gerhard Fuchs (Gault Millau "Chef of the Year 2004") and Christian Zach (Gault Millau "Sommelier of the Year 2021", Michelin Sommelier Award 2026) have been a celebrated duo in Austria's top gastronomy for years, offering a successful blend of classic and innovation – all without much fuss.
