Buschenschank Primus

The hosts Martha Polz and Elisabeth Polz manage the Buschenschank, which is housed in a 450-year-old building on the winery grounds. The house was renovated by parents Primus and Martha Polz and is now operated by Martha and Elisabeth. The Buschenschank is only open for groups by prior arrangement. Martha and Elisabeth also take care of the catering for house guests.

The beautiful rooms on the ground floor breathe the old walls and offer a unique atmosphere with an antique tiled kitchen stove. The parlors can accommodate around 30 people, and the terrace can accommodate 40.

The menu offers simple, seasonal Buschenschank dishes. The ingredients mainly come from small regional producers, with the exception of a few products like cheese. All dishes are homemade and served cold, in accordance with the Buschenschank law. Fine vegetarian dishes and salads complement the offerings alongside sausages and ham. Martha Polz's vegetable and beef terrines, which must always be fresh, are particularly appreciated. The seasonal pastries and cakes significantly contribute to the excellent reputation of our Buschenschank.

The premises can also be rented for celebrations . A caterer for warm dishes can be brought in if desired.
