Vollmund in the Graz vineyards

Friday, 25 and Saturday, 26 September

VOLLMUND 2026 takes guests directly into the vineyards of Graz, where the vines of the Grazer Stadtwein Falter Ego grow. On the steep slopes of Kehlberg, winemaker Hannes Sabathi has revived former wild terrain, where Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris now thrive with remarkable character.

Right here, the outstanding culinary team led by Michael Winkler from Kehlberghof creates an exquisite five-course menu that reflects the unique location and brings the flavours of the region to the plate. Two evenings full of taste and atmosphere – accompanied by the full moon and breathtaking views over the Styrian capital.
