Family Buchegger: Once upon a time...

Once upon a time…there used to be a small family farm in the middle of the beautiful Nature Park Pöllau Valley. Day in and day out they strove to get the best out of their fruit harvest. Eventually, their efforts paid off and now a unique aroma emanates from the distillery on Pöllauberg that attracts people from near and far, which come to the farm and leave in “high spirits” with the products of the family Buchegger.

Some of the most beautiful stories often begin with the words “Once upon a time”. At the family farm Buchegger you can look forward to one such story. A story about a family farm that has been continually growing for four generations. We have made it our business to pass on knowledge about nature and its fruits not only to the next generation but to anyone who is interested. A guided tour in accordance with seasonal changes to the distillery and the meadow orchard helps you to relate to the product in its raw form. We will, of course, have a tasting of the refined product.
