Diese Wanderung führt Sie am Anfang den Barbaraweg entlang bis zur Karmulde, hier wurde Zinnober (Quecksilber) abgebaut. Weiter geht es am Jägersteig hinauf bis zum Rinsennock. Ab der Almzeitbergstation kann ich mit der Sommerrodelbahn den Abstieg etwas versüßen.

Mit dem Auto über die Turracher Bundesstraße bis auf die Turracher Höhe zum Parkplatz der Panoramabahn (Nocky-Flitzer).
This hike starts at the Nocky Flitzer rollercoaster at Turracher Höhe and then follows the Barbara Weg trail. Start by climbing up through the woods until you reach the avalanche barrier, then continue along the trail into a long tributary valley, the so-called Kormulde, where you will see an old mining site. The route continues through the Kormulde and over Rinsennock. From here there is a wonderful long-distance view of Lake Turracher See and the surrounding mountains. The descent takes you via Kornock to the Nocky Flitzer mountain station, and from there onward to Spotzl’s Hütte and down to the starting point. Alternatively, race down into the valley on the Nocky Flitzer, speeding downwards past Alpine meadows and through mountain woods over 1.6 km from an altitude of 2,000 m.
Botany Tip - Mountain pine
This shrub has hinged stems and branches, which can turn mountain pine thickets into an impenetrable tangle. Mountain pine oil is popularly used as an inhalation agent or as a bath additive.
