Wilma and Karl Kaufmann have converted their parents' farm to "organic" and with their products you are closest to nature!
On the farm, mainly currant, elderberry, chokeberry and apples are cultivated, harvested and processed with love and care into pure organic juices. The sun-ripened fruits are cold pressed, mixed with organic beet sugar and preserved without chemical additives, only by heating. Since 2010, 1,000 Damascene organic roses have also enriched the farm. Their blossoms are processed into all kinds of delicacies. The philosophy of Wilma and Karl Kaufmann is thoroughly regional and is also reflected in the label. The regionality and naturalness of the products is emphasized by the choice of the name "Raabauer Eisvogel". The kingfisher lives and breeds in the Raab Valley and is the heraldic animal of the former municipality of Raabau. Groups are welcome for a tour of the farm with tasting of the organic delicacies such as organic syrups, organic apple frizzante, organic pear cider, organic rose products, organic pumpkin seed oil, organic nibbles, organic spiced salts, organic honey or aronia berries.
