Forest honey is the product of bees from the Styrian forest. It is dark, spicy, thick liquid and particularly rich in bacteria-killing inhibins. It also contains the various trace elements and minerals.
Blossom honey is strongly aromatic and contains more or less pollen grains of those from the flowers from which the bees have collected the nectar. All these pollen grains are perfectly preserved in honey and contain valuable active ingredients, which make blossom honey especially recommended in case of fatigue. Blossom honey is particularly easy to digest because of its high glucose content.
Chestnut honey is a blossom honey of the sweet chestnut and a real Styrian special honey. Characteristic is its tart, almost bitter taste. He is already used by recommended by many doctors for liver and gall bladder problems.
Linden honey is especially recommended for flu-like infections.
Cream honey is natural blossom honey from our homeland, which is stirred for several days soon after extraction from the beehive and thus becomes creamy and spreadable. Cream honey is gently stirred by the beekeeper without additives before crystallization. before crystallizing, so that the natural ferments and vitamins of the bee honey are are fully preserved. Cream honey does not drip, does not run and remains creamy!
