As every year, things get wild again in May at the Weinschloss. The wine castle kitchen, led by Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann and Michaela Thaller, will once again conjure up the best of the forest, fields and meadows. You can expect specially hunted game from "Alt-Winzer" Koarl and his hunting colleagues. This special 7-course menu is rounded off with selected wines from the winemaker siblings Katharina and Karl G.
