At 11:00 a.m., guests meet in the LÖKE Hof and enjoy an aperitif.
The menu begins with small finger food before the guests are invited to take their seats.
Pre-Mothersday is a great opportunity to celebrate in comfort before Mother's Day. In this 4-course menu, seasonal, predominantly organic produce is prepared according to the 0-kilometer principle (i.e. food from the region). You can watch the kitchen action from the restaurant through the large glass window.
Chef Ferdinand Bauernhofer's motto is "Cooking begins in the garden" and he will be happy to show you this during a guided tour of the LÖKE kitchen garden.
