Aeijst is made 100% from organic ingredients. Nine different botanicals were first tasted individually, and then combined in a harmonious recipe. Handcrafted out of genuine conviction. Balanced in taste. Puristic, but not simple - by the way, drinking gin is much better than talking about gin.

It all started with a passion. 25 years ago, Wolfgang discovered distilling for himself. With an old copper still, fruit from his own garden, and a few diligent helpers, he distilled alcohol for the first time. Surprisingly enjoyable and full of heart. Over the years, the experience grew, and more helpers joined, including his children Lisa, Markus, and Paul. The idea for Aeijst came, as could be expected, during a joint tasting. At that time, we did not know what it should taste like, but we knew what it should stand for. Namely, enjoyment, a lot of love for detail, and of course, family.

Tours, Tastings & Workshops
Tours of the distillery and tastings of the fine spirits are possible at any time - advance registration is requested. Additionally, you can acquire the theoretical foundations of gin distilling in a workshop and produce your own bottle of gin.

Seminar Room
The seminar room is located right next to the production area. Up to 13 people can develop new ideas here while the scent of fresh juniper wafts through the room. After the work, a tasting is gladly offered.
