Small local hike for walkers, parents with children or smaller groups.

From the car park behind the church, head towards the sports ground and Josef-Krainer-Allee, following the stream. At the junction, cross the road and walk along the Bachweg behind the Hotel Weinlandhof until you reach the motor skills park. There, the path leads behind the landscape dykes, high above the car park, along the B69, and back to the starting point.

Coming from the south, north, east and west on the A9 Phyrnautobahn - exit Vogau - continue in the direction of Ehrenhausen - Gamlitz.

The Gamlitz local hiking trail takes you from the parking lot behind the church via the market square, along the B69 via the motor park and the landscape ponds, back up the B69 via Josef-Krainer-Allee to the starting point.

Experience Europe`s largest motor skills park with the landscape dykes.

Many starting points for our hikes in southern Styria can also be reached by public transport.

For a relaxed and sustainable journey, we recommend travelling by bus and train wherever possible. Depending on the region, additional local transport options are available.

This allows you to start your tour stress-free while also contributing to climate and nature conservation.
