A short, picturesque circular walk in the Kloster district, leading through woods and meadows past St Oswald’s parish church in Freiland. It is also well suited for children.

From the former Moser Inn, walk for about 1 km along Hebalmstraße until you reach the Marxbauer Chapel. Here, turn slightly left and follow path no. 3 to the church. We now follow the Oswalder Circular Trail (trail no. 1) to the junction with the Moser Inn. There, we turn left again and take trail no. 2 back to the starting point.

Coming from Graz via the A9, take the A2 towards Klagenfurt at the Graz-West motorway junction. Take the Lieboch exit and follow the B76 towards Lannach-Deutschlandsberg. Follow the B76 (Hinterleitenstraße) through Freiland to Rettenbach in Kloster.

Vom Gasthaus Pension Moser gehen wir ca. 1 km entlang der Hebalmstraße, bis wir die Marxbauerkapelle erreichen. Hier biegen wird halb links ab und folgen dem Weg Nr. 3 bis zur Kirche. Nun folgen wir dem Oswalder Rundweg (Weg Nr. 1) bis zur Abzweigung zum Gasthaus Pension Moser. Dort biegen wir wieder links ab und gehen über den Weg Nr. 2 zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
