Fine aromatic hard cheese, made from hay milk in the Leitner dairy in the Almenland, then matured for 8 months in the Arzberger Silberstollen,
refined daily for the last 12 weeks with Leutschacher Ostweincuvée Sauvignon Balc from 72 farms, rind with its own laser engraving.
