This is what a day or evening can look like when the team, along with the chef and fire boxes, comes to your desired location – possible from 30 people. You choose the menu selection and which dishes and wines you would like for yourself and your guests – and Urleben takes care of the rest.
Fire Box
By simply cooking in a closed box where real fire blazes on top, pure aromas are created – gently prepared for true flavor explosions.
The Urleben fire box is a sturdy, handcrafted box that allows for braising and cooking due to its fireproof iron lid. The fire blazes on top, while the aromas and ingredients unfold in the box into a breathtaking feast. The fire box can be ordered once and thus used repeatedly – or rented for one-time use. The required wood is included in the delivery.
