About the offer

In this bread baking course you will learn all the basics needed to bake wholesome and healthy bread. The focus is on the heart of delicious breads - namely the sourdough. Two different types of bread will be baked in the course.

The goal of the course is to be able to bake delicious breads at home with the acquired basics.

In the 1st baking session we will make the dough together. In the 2nd round, each participant works on his/her own bread. The focus is on: typical South Styrian farmhouse bread (mixed rye-wheat bread)

All the basics needed to bake healthy/delicious bread.

No prior knowledge necessary. However, there is quite a bit of "theory" along the way, so you won't get bored even if you already have experience baking bread.

About the serviceprovider

Our farm is located at 700 meters sea level in the middle of the Naturpark “Südsteirisches Weinland”. Serschenhof has been farmed for more than 100 years. We focus on economical sustainability so that also the following generations will be able to enjoy our small little paradise.
