Active and fit in the green on various walking routes in the nature park Südsteiermark. Walking with or without Nordic Walking poles or smovey rings. With methodically structured training you improve your personal performance level and gain an update for your technique. The feel-good effect is guaranteed. I will be happy to accompany you according to your wishes and at your individual appointment. Details will be discussed at the time of registration.

About the serviceprovider

To be active in nature, to strengthen and relax with movement, I like to share with you. As a long-time VHS instructor, I lead various group courses. My special preference is for outdoor sessions, because movement in nature invigorates us holistically. I admire nature with its beauty, diversity and the play of colors of the seasons.
