Workshop description: The meadows and forests are coming back to life and we can look forward to wonderful spring herbs. Right now, ground ivy, dandelion, nettle, chickweed and the like can detoxify and strengthen us with their healing properties. During a short walk, we will take a closer look at the most important spring herbs and collect them. We will then cook a delicious herbal soup together and make a detox tea, a goutweed tincture and a ribwort ointment.
