Ripoff Raskolnikov is one of the most authentic blues musicians in Austria. The singer-songwriter and guitarist, who lives in Austria and Hungary, has been consistently following his own musical path for decades – unfazed by trends and fashions.

Inspired by great blues legends like Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, or Blind Willie McTell, he does not create mere copies but develops his very own style. His intense, poetic songs combine blues with influences from folk and singer-songwriter traditions and tell stories that touch and resonate long after.
