The vineyard walks at the Jöbstl winery accompany the wine throughout its entire vegetative cycle – from early budding to harvest in the autumn.

In midsummer, the focus shifts to the grapes themselves. The berries begin to grow and ripen, while targeted vineyard care is crucial for quality and balance. Pruning measures, foliage work, and natural yield regulation are explained on-site and placed in the context of sustainable viticulture.

A special quality is added to this event through the musical accompaniment of the walk. Sound and landscape enter into an immediate relationship, intensifying the perception of the surroundings, and the movement through the vineyards gains an additional atmospheric layer.

Wine tasting along the way – guided tasting of selected, award-winning wines that impressively showcase the variety and quality of the Schilcherei.
The conclusion is a guided cellar tour, as with all walks.
