A special vineyard tour at the Jöbstl winery combines professional insights into the development of the vines with musical accompaniment and a guided wine tasting.

In June 2026, the second vineyard walk will take place at the Jöbstl winery, continuing the seasonal series of special tours.

In early summer, the development of the vineyards is the focus.

The vines are sprouting, leaves and flowers are forming, and the foundations for the later vintage become visible.

Themes include the growth of the vine, climatic influences, as well as the sensitive phases of fruit development.
During the walk through the vineyards, the essential steps of this phase are explained – from targeted foliage work to the care of the vine within the tension between nature, climate, and craftsmanship.

A special quality is given to this event by the musical accompaniment of the walk. Sound and landscape enter an immediate relationship, which intensifies the perception of the surroundings and adds an additional atmospheric layer to the movement through the vineyards.

Wine tasting along the way – commented tasting of selected, frequently awarded wines that make the variety and quality of the Schilcherei impressively tangible.
The conclusion is a commented cellar tour, as with all walks.
