The experimental station for special crops Wies invites you to a day full of insights into vegetable, herb, and cultivation trials with guided tours, culinary experiences, children's programs, and musical accompaniment.

The experimental station for specialty crops in Wies opens its doors again and offers exciting insights into the world of innovative vegetable, herb, and cultivation trials. The focus is on current mulch trials, new pests, as well as the preservation and propagation of varieties.

Guided tours at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. will introduce the trial areas and present current research priorities. The program is complemented by practical tips for garden decoration from artisans, a children's program, and culinary specialties from Lämmerhof Lenz, the Burgstall vocational school, the Wies wine growers, and the Wies Rural Youth.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Jasmin and Louis. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to take a souvenir photo with photographer Brigitte Resch.

The event will take place in any weather. Admission is free.
