The Palatschinken Sunday at Ratscher Landhaus is all about enjoyment and quality.
Freshly prepared Palatschinken on the Ofyr grill over an open fire – classically or creatively interpreted – create a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of the vineyards of Southern Styria. Whether with apricot jam, as an ice Palatschinke, or as "Pala-Pi," the savory version with vegetables and sheep cheese – there is something for every taste.
