A summer evening in the greenery, Chekhov outdoors and theater very close to life!

“Chekhov's Garden” transforms the Stieglerhaus into an atmospheric setting that blends dreamy poetry, humor, and live music.

The starting point is four central dramas by Anton Chekhov – “The Seagull,” “Uncle Vanya,” “Three Sisters,” and “The Cherry Orchard” – which are interwoven through the motif of the estate as an ambivalent place between longing and disenchantment.

Under the direction of Thomas Sobotka, a professional team of artists brings together great literature, contemporary theater, and personal stories.
