Koralm24 Wanderung

80km, 3500m elevation gain and no cap of sleep!

An extreme hike, starting from the Weinebene to the summit of Koralm and over the picturesque hilly and mountainous terrain of Western Styria back to Bad Schwanberg and over the Handalm. A journey that everyone embarks on together, yet each individual must undertake alone. The tour is not a race, but still a challenge, an adventure, a boundary experience for body and mind.

At Koralm24, pilgrims, long-distance hikers, extreme and leisure sports enthusiasts - women and men from various regions and nations - come together to feel the limits of their physical endurance, to fully tap into their potential of willpower, and to experience themselves and others in extreme situations.

Those who register for the 24-hour hike should be well-trained and listen to their bodies. Breaks are of course planned, but there will be no sleep during the night. The most important thing is to drink, eat, drink, eat, drink and eat. Numerous mountain huts and refreshment stations along the way ensure regular energy intake and thus also allow for light trekking gear.

The hike is organized and hosted by the Koralm24 association with Hans Eggbauer and his team.
