An evening between whispering tenderness and eruptive, almost sermonizing force, between fragile intimacy and passionate ecstasy. Music that goes under the skin.
The internationally acclaimed pianist Woyke, usually at home in the classical concert hall, and Wally, charismatic frontman of "The Base," present an extraordinary, genre-crossing song evening.
Only with grand piano, sparsely plucked acoustic guitar, and voice, the two dedicate themselves to the dark shimmering songs of David Bowie, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, and other great masters of the night side of music.
