With Mihály Berecz, an internationally acclaimed pianist performs on the piano, who has already drawn attention to himself at a young age with exceptional skill and musical expressiveness. The Hungarian musician won, among other awards, the Liszt-Bartók Prize at the renowned Concours Géza Anda 2021 as well as the first prize at the Kissinger Piano Olympiads 2023.
His concert program is dedicated to one of the most significant works of piano literature: the Goldberg Variations BWV 988 by Johann Sebastian Bach. With technical brilliance, musical sensitivity, and great expressiveness, Berecz interprets this masterpiece and takes his audience on a fascinating journey through Bach's unique sound world.
