Breakfast event - the perfect morning
A morning that combines movement and enjoyment: Together with Jasmin Ruhri-Moser from steiraFIT, our active breakfast event is entering its next round.
We start with an hour of shared movement with Jasmin. It is not about peak performances, but about starting the day actively and doing something good for oneself.
Afterwards, we switch from sports to enjoyment: a hearty breakfast with everything that belongs to a cozy morning. Of course, with many things we prepare ourselves – from homemade pastries to our homemade jams.
39.00 € per person – one hour of movement followed by a hearty breakfast included.
