Adventkranzsegnung - Adventmarkt

Su., 29.11.2026 from 10:00 o'clock

Reflective Advent beginning meets cozy market magic – in the monastery, tradition and pre-Christmas atmosphere prepare for the most beautiful time of the year!

Advent wreath blessing and Advent market in Kloster

On the first Advent Sunday, the multipurpose hall in Kloster invites to a festive start to the pre-Christmas season.

The solemn opening features a Holy Mass with traditional Advent wreath blessing at 10:00 a.m., inviting everyone to pause and attune themselves to the Advent season.

Afterwards, the parish council of St. Oswald in Freiland organizes a cozy Advent market in the multipurpose hall. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gather in a social setting, enjoy the pre-Christmas atmosphere, and prepare for the upcoming festive days.

An Advent Sunday that beautifully connects contemplation, tradition, and cozy togetherness!
