When the first customers enter our bakery in the heart of Eibiswald before sunrise, most of the work is already done here. The ovens start to heat up early in the morning in order to offer fresh rolls and pastries in good time.

The range of the bakery has been expanded many times over the years, so that customers can choose from a wide range. The product range of the Weinland bakery Katzjäger ranges from conventional bread and pastries to delicious strawberry slices, foam rolls and small snacks.
