When the first customers enter our bakery in the heart of Eibiswald before sunrise, most of the work is already done here. The ovens start to heat up early in the morning in order to offer fresh rolls and pastries in good time.

The family business Katzjäger was founded in 1953 and taken over by the current owner Franz Katzjäger in 1983.

The range of the bakery has been considerably expanded over the years, allowing customers to choose from a豊 richness of offerings. The product range of Weinlandbäckerei Katzjäger includes traditional bread and pastries as well as delicious strawberry slices, cream rolls, and small snacks.
