Who are we?

We are die-hard Styrians with our hearts in the right place and a pronounced zest for life. You will find us under the name Tuscher.

There are many Tuscher, the one with the wines is me - my name is Dietmar. As the youngest of five siblings, I took on the challenge of taking over my parents' business. I have always had a special relationship with viticulture. From an early age, I travelled with my grandfather and father in their own vineyards, so my path was already mapped out. The necessary love of viticulture in all its facets runs in our family and is passed down from generation to generation, so to speak. Family cohesion is very important to us anyway. I always find honest dialogue partners here who use their experience to drive my own development. As the saying goes: ‘Talking brings people together!’

This challenge has accompanied me my whole life, characterises my actions and who I am and shows me new possibilities and paths. I experience my environment in a special way and perhaps this is where my inner peace and strength come from. This inner balance is also reflected in the balance of my wines - ‘here you can probably describe your own wines more specifically briefly’.

With body and soul, every fibre of my body, whether at night or during the day, I am a winemaker from the heart and love to interact with my environment through my wines and reveal a piece of my world.
