Where origin, craftsmanship, and passion merge into extraordinary wines: Nestled in the South Styrian region, surrounded by its own vineyards and with views extending far beyond the border, the Trunk winery at Obegg is located. This special location is among the best wine-growing areas in the region and offers ideal conditions for characterful wines.

The southeast-facing vineyards enjoy all-day sunlight. Mineral soils of shell limestone, sand, and coral shape the distinctive character of our wines. Deeply rooted vines – some over 50 years old – provide special depth, expression, and quality.

With much experience, careful handwork, and modern cellar technology, we accompany each grape from the vineyard to the glass. The aging takes place both in stainless steel tanks for fresh, fruit-driven wines and in wooden barrels for complex and elegant characters.

The result is authentic wines with origin, personality, and the highest quality standards.
